Did you know that the cells of our skin are renewing all the time?

Especially now, with spring being here (where I am, it became spring), we can use the renewing energy of spring and the different time mode we are in due to corona, to renew ourselves - to ask ourselves: What is it that I want to bring into my life? Change a habit? Work out? Play? Learn? Create? Teach? Listen to?
